The apartment consist of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies. It´s fully furnished and fully equipped. Outdoors you have a large pool and access to premises with indoor pool, gym, shower and toilets. A lovely garden with a playground, activity areas such as basketball court, tennis court etc. Walk 50 meter through a tunnel under the road, and you reach the residence private beach. To Alanya center it´s only ca. 1,5 km, you easily get there by a stroll along the boardwalk or with the bus. The bus stop is just around the corner and cost 2 TL and only takes you around 5-6 minutes.

Terms for tenant

• No pets.
• No smoking indoors.
• Max 5 persons.
• The rental for said property due to pay beforehand to stated bank account or in cash.
• Booking fee 25% of the rent must be deposited 30 days before the rental date begins.
• No refund.
• Payment of total rent must be deposited 15 days before the rental date begins.
• The obligatory cost for move-out clean can be paid at the same time as the rent to stated bank account, or in cash at the latest when access to the apartment.
• In special cases all rent and costs can be paid in cash at arrival, before hand over of keys and access to the apartment.
• Electricity, water not is included.
• The tenant must take good care of the apartment and in case of damages caused by the tenants act, activity it shall be paid by the tenant. This will be written in the contract between the owner / tenant.

Prices

Price per week, low season from October to April.
Rent for 2 persons 380 € per week.

Rent for every intended person 125 € per week up to max 4 persons.

Price per week, high season from April to October.
Rent for 2 persons 680 € per week.
Rent for every intended person 207 € per week up to max 4 persons.

Move-out clean 50 €.
